My Tickets
My Tickets section is designed for you to view, create, and search for your support tickets.
At ULedger we care about your concerns and questions, so we have made it easy for you to contact us without leaving our main application! Go to the My Tickets tab, where you can create tickets, view submitted tickets, and track interactions with the Support Center team.
On the main page, you will find all the tickets you have submitted to the ULedger Support Team, including their status, priority, and the date they were submitted

My Tickets View
In order to create a ticket click on the Create a Ticket button located on the top-right side of your screen

Create a New Ticket
A pop-up box will be displayed, fill out the form with your inquiry, attach any files(up to three) that might help us resolve your issue easily, and click on the Submit button.

Once Submitted, a successful flash message will be displayed indicating that your ticket has been created, and a Support Team member will get in contact with you shortly.
In order the see the details of a ticket, such as the responses, attachments, and details of a ticket, just click on the card of the ticket you want to review, and you will be redirected to the details page.

Ticket Details
To respond to a ticket, click on the ticket you want to respond to and navigate to the bottom of the page and click on the Reply Ticket button, this will redirect you to our Support Center Portal page

Here you will have to sign in using the same credentials you use for your ULedger Account

SAML SSO through ULedgerNET IDP
Once you are logged in, click on Click here to add comment textbox

Enter your response and click on the Reply button
