Support Center Portal

Our Support Center portal is just a larger version of the one you have on the main application. Here you are going to be able to view all your tickets, respond to tickets, and create tickets

How to access our Support Center Portal

In order to access our Support Center Portal, click on the Support Center tab on the left sidebar menu, and then click on Support Center Portal
You will be redirected to our Sign In page, enter the same credentials you use for your ULedger account
Once you have completed the sign-in process, you will be redirected to our Support Center Portal main page

Submit a Ticket

To submit a ticket, click on the Submit a Ticket button in the upper right section of your screen
Fill out the form with any relevant information and attachments that you think might help us to resolve your issue easily. Once you are done, click on the Submit button, and one of the ULedger Support Team members will get in contact shortly

View All Tickets

In order to view all your tickets, click on the View all tickets card and you will be redirected to your Tickets page

View Ticket Details

To view the details of a ticket click on the ticket you want to review, and you will be redirected to the details page

Respond to a ticket

To respond to a ticket, navigate to the details page of the ticket you want to respond to, and click on the Click here to add comment textbox
Here you can enter your response and attach any useful documents, once you are done, click on the Reply button
